A busy day 3/30

Nathan visited Yang-Ming San and Tamsui with Grand parents and Mommy, Daddy. In this very busy day he played with frog, butterfly, frighten by dog and spider, also tasted coffee, afternoon tea, food from street venders, as well as delicious Japanese delicates.

It's been one month since Nathan came to Taiwan, he is having a good time. Changing/learning fast too. Here are some fast picture updates.

Something about Nathan

Since Nathan is in Taiwan visiting 外公外婆, daddy has no new photos to show. Here are some old photo's as well as something about Nathan worth putting down.
Although he can't speak whole sentence yet, Nathan expresses his opinion pretty well. And he demands to do many things himself. If you try to feed him something while he is eating, your best bet is do it while direct his attention somewhere; otherwise he will point to his bowl, asking you put food in the bowl. He usually needs a good wash for his hands as well as his face.
Most of the time you can't argue with him, he will insist things be done his way. That is, until his attention transfer to next subject.
He is quite friendly most of the time, Mommy said she took Nathan for a walk the other day in Taipei, strangers in the park were saying he is a cute boy, so he walked to them and shacked hands with them.

House of rainbow

This is what mommy and Nathan missed when they fly to Taiwan this afternoon. It was raining but suddenly the sun showed his face for a short while, and beautiful rainbow appeared.

Working on the truck

Saturdays are days I do yard works. Today I worked on uncle Mark's truck, working on dirt with a heavy duty mini size shovel (鏟子). Ok, call it a spoon if you like, but I really enjoy working with it, I refused to take a rest even strongly suggested. They had to MAKE me do it.

New water bottle

Nathan was trying out his new water bottle, as daddy trying out his new expensive toy, the new camera.

It was a farewell party for Min and Hsiu-Hui. Nathan was very busy too.

We are praying that Min and Hsiu-Hui, Nathan's God parents, will stay here. They have been such good friends and company to us all. And this is what Nathan will say "Hsiu-Hui mama please stay, I like you very much, it is only with you that I can eat whatever I want."

Daddy bought Nathan these blocks, wishing to see him play with them doing "constructive." But Nathan is not interested in that.
Nathan will coming running whenever he sees a block tower being built. Can't wait to ....

New Years' Eve with my body

So I decided to invite my best friend William to our Chinese New Year Dinner, together with his Parents, Frank and Mary, of course. Mommy made lots of delicious dishes for us. William and I shared some good time together, no beer needed.
William, 3 days younger than I, is my best body. We have many things in common, similiar vocabulary, similiar taste too. So often we wanted to play the same toy at the same time, no wonder we are best bodies.
